ORDER PROCESSING
We are women owned and operated and really appreciate your order, happy dances happen with each package that we send. We accept Paypal for online purchases. Once you place your order, you will receive an email confirmation within 24 hours.
SHIPPING PROCEDURE
We choose to use USPS as our standard courier because of their commitment to sustainability. We also ship DHL and UPS. Typically orders ship within 1-3 business days. We make large monthly batches of many products. If we are running low, it might take a couple of extra days to process your order as we wait for fresh goodness to be made. Should there be a delay we will contact you. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking when your order is shipped.
Due to Covid-19, all carriers are experiencing intermittent delays, but most orders arrive by these delivery times: Priority Mail (3-5 days) or for smaller packages, First Class (5-7 days). Orders ship from Southern California.
Once a package has been confirmed as delivered, we are not responsible for stolen or missing packages, you’ll need to file a claim with USPS.
If package is lost or damaged by USPS, we are unable to ship a replacement or provide a refund. In certain instances we can offer a store credit for the merchandise you ordered. Should you wish to add a signature requirement to your delivery, please email us and we are happy to arrange.
If an incorrect address was provided with your order and the package has to be rerouted and reshipped, you’ll be responsible for paying full shipping for the reshipment and if necessary, the replacement order. Please make sure to provide your correct address.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International orders ship using USPS Priority Mail International, and DHL. Most orders take about 6-10 business days to be delivered. International shipping may take much longer than usual at this time due to the impact of COVID-19. Transit times are not guaranteed, and the actual time may vary depending on location, customs, and other factors out of our control. The customer is responsible for all customs and import fees. International orders that are returned to the sender are not eligible for refund – customers may receive store credit for the purchase value of the items, and shipping will not be refunded.
ONLINE RETURN POLICY
All sales are final. Once an order is shipped, we can no longer issue a refund if the products arrive in good condition. If your order arrives damaged, please promptly let us know and we will be happy to arrange for store credit for replacements. We ask that you take a photo of the product and the packaging for us to provide to our shipping company for reimbursement.
